Head's up Florida. Two matching bills have been filed in the Florida House and Senate by two South Florida Democrats. HB 527 and SB 872 prohibit specified acts involving unfinished firearm frames or receivers. These bills may become moot if the ATF proposed rule "Definition of “Frame or Receiver” and Identification of Firearms" is enacted.
